X1 peach + y1 plum = z1 apple, x2 peach + y2 plum = z2 apple ,(x1,y1.z2 integer) How many peachs make one aple

1peach +1 plum = 1 apple

1peach - 11plum = 1 apple

2peaches = 2 apples

1 peach = 1 apple

X1 peach + y1 plum = z1 apple, x2 peach + y2 plum = z2 apple ,(x1,y1.z2 integer) How many peachs make one aple
knashha has beat me to the answer I would have given. However, I will also add that x1, y1, z1, x2, y2, and z2 don't have to be integers. The only requirement is that y2z1 - y1z2 not be zero. If x1y2 - x2y1 is zero, then an apple is equal to zero peaches, whatever that may mean.
Reply:multiply eqn1 by y2 and eqn2 by y1, then you can subtract

and get rid of the plums,

(x1y2-x2y1) peaches = (z1y2-z2y1) apples. Solving,

(x1y2-x2y1)/(z1y2-z2y1) peaches = 1 apple.

My peach tree is producing moldy peaches. is there an organic way of fixing this problem?

My peach tree is producing moldy peaches. is there an organic way of fixing this problem?
Depends what the cause is. Sounds like it might be Brown Rot, or Rhizopus Rot. Look them up and see which you have, or provide more specific information about what it looks like, and what the peach looks like inside, when it starts affecting the fruit, etc.
Reply:Start in the spring with a spraying program to suit your climate.

Lots of those in the West when I was little.... I have a book called "The Verse by the Side of the Road" which gives a history of how they came to be and contains almost everyone of their roadside poetry.....
Reply:It might be out of print. I bought it in the 80's from one of those "junk" catalogs that come around the holidays. If you can't find it, try ebay or Google. It's fun. Report It

Reply:I checked for ya. Amazon and ebay are both selling it. Report It

What does a peach taste like?

I know this seems like a crazy question but i have to do an assignment on this, and i'm allergic to peaches.

What does a peach taste like?
Tangy...sweet...juicy.....and delicious
Reply:Sweet and a bit tangy like a nectarine. Not too juicy but not exactly dry. Texture of skin is fuzzy and is in general a bit soft. Smells tropical and aromatic.
Reply:Tastes a little bit like a mango, too, and the texture is similar.
Reply:Wet, sweet, a bit sour. The texture is firm as you bite into it, firmer than an apple. It quickly becomes mushy as you chew it, like an apple would. A good peach leaves a mild after taste. You eat all around the pit, and it gets jucier as yoou go deep. The skin is thin, like an Apple, but velvety. The hairs on the skin are very thin, they do not stop you from biting in.

Occasionally you will get a bad peach. It is very hard and woody. Not moist enough.

At the other end, is a peach that has gone rotten inside. TOO soft, too mushy, bad taste. GARBAGE!
Reply:A peach tastes like the rays of sunshine on a warm summer day. =]
Reply:Seriously?? Lol.
Reply:sweet and juicy. soft texture, not as soft as a banana but not as hard as an apple...maybe like a pear.
Reply:peachy!! (mostly like a tangy nectarine) and like kissing your Gramma's cheek...
Reply:like a nectarine.

When is a peach tree most fruitful?

i just moved into a place with one and the peaches are very small, i was wondering what month/season do they most ripen in california.

When is a peach tree most fruitful?
Different peach tree varieties ripen their fruit at different times. I live in California, too, and the earliest peaches are ripe, the midseason peaches are ripening, and the late season peaches will be coming on within the next month. If all the peaches are quite small and growing close together, the previous owner of the peach tree may not have thinned the fruit. The large peaches you get in the store are obtained by removing the excess number of fruit when they are small and green, so there is at least 6 inches between the fruits. If yours were not thinned, don't despair - they may still ripen into some tasty fruit, just not as large as what you were expecting. No matter what size, they are ripe when they are fully colored, with no green remaining, and "give" when gently pressed. They also will smell very peachy!
Reply:First thought: the spring time, when their very round.
Reply:It depends on the type of peach and where you live. I'm in Ohio and right now is just about the best time of year for them, but where you live may be different. Contact a local greenhouse and they should be able to tell you.

How does the peach crop lok so far this year?

I always look forward to the peaches ripening, I was wondering if they survived the early spring frosts?

I doubt I will get the real thing this year, but I'm always hopeful they'll have shipped some over here.

How does the peach crop lok so far this year?
I have peach tree in my backyard (Tx) and while the frost hurt the outcome there are still plenty of peaches.
