I have had it for about 3 months, it has been opened before but it is closed tightly in the refrigerator. Is it ok?

Should be fine. From my understanding, liquor will stay good for a lonngggg time. I've drank from a bottle of Peach Schnapps that is 6-8 months old and it was fine- and it wasn't even refrigerated!
