How do I grow a peach tree from a peach pitt?
It can be done. Caution: Don’t eat the raw kernel inside the pit. It contains hydrocyanic acid, a gastric irritant (destroyed by heat) which could potentially release toxic cyanide.
Reply:simple take the peach pit let it dry out then stick it in a pot of rich firtile soil and water. Then watch it grow. Make sure the pointed part of the pit is facing up.
Reply:Browse the web, i'm not going to do it for you. It would be much easier and more reliable than asking a bunch of strangers.
Reply:Buy a grafted tree from a nursery. and, Brother, they are a lot of work.Even then.If you're set on your plan..dry the kernel out for a couple days....plant out ..blood and bone and water twice a week deeply..if it's hot...water if needed. Good Luck.
