Is 'peach' in Japanese in hiragana or katakana?

♡Peach in Japanese kanji is 桃.

☆EDIT: I almost forgot, the Japanese word for 'thigh' is 'mómo' also.(futo-momo) In hiragana もも; 太もも

Is 'peach' in Japanese in hiragana or katakana?
I see it most often in hiragana. I rarely see it in katakana, but I probably miss it when it's in kanji, so it could be written down all over the place without me noticing!!! But as I said, it's usually in hiragana.

Oh, but if you mean 'peach' literally, it would be in katakana - as it's a foreign word;
