Does your skin have to be a certain color to bleach the "peach fuzz"?

I have tan skin and my hair is black. I have some "peach fuzz" on my upper lip if you know what i mean. I want to get rid of it without harming my skin. I was thinking about bleaching but wouldn't that only make it stand out on my dark skin?

...I don't know because you can bleach hair in different shades...try it and if it still stands out what about waxing like women do for their eyebrows...
Reply:yes it probably would.best leave it alone,believe me i wish i hadn't started.now i have to take it off,because it's black and stubbly.i hope i have been some help.

hey everybody did yall miss me? lol i haven't been on
Reply:That would make it stand out more. Try waxing it, plucking it or shaving it. Or you could try Laser Hair Removal. I get the same thing and I shave mine.
Reply:Hilary? Is that you?
Reply:It might make it less obvious, but no matter what your skin colour, bleaching upper lip hair doesn't make it go away. People can still see it. It shines in the light... The only really useful thing to do about it is actually remove it, by plucking it out for example. Or buy an epilator to do this way faster. (Waxing is sketchy, it can work but it can hurt that delicate skin.)

If your hair is black it will turn orangeish when you bleach it, as well. It won't be as dark and will look a LITTLE closer to your skin colour, but it won't work out as well as when people with light brown hair do it, because they don't have the red undertones in their hair.
