A neighbor said it has never produced decent looking peaches. Does it require special fertilizer or plant food?

not an easy thing to grow, my mom had one and i do not remember a good peach, ever but she did not do above xcept for being south
\either give it some sort of mini greenhouse or get a cherry or a hybrid
and actually my aunt lives in a faamous peach area, sunlight is the main thing
skin care product
