How should I make peach cobbler with a jar of peaches already sweetened with Splenda?

I have a jar of peaches in juice sweetened with Splenda. It might help to note that I do NOT like the taste of Splenda, so if anyone can offer a way to hide that Splenda taste, that would be appreciated. I'm not trying to go out of my way to make it sugar free or anything, I'm fine with using sugar. These just happen to be the peaches I have at the moment. I am afraid to try a traditional recipie I have using frozen peaches, because, the sweetener, plus the sugar in the recipie combined would probably make it too sweet.

Reply:Drain the peaches first. The liquid is where most of the Splenda is. Find a recipe you think sounds good, make it up, taste it for sweetness and add sugar or brown sugar if needed. Cinnamon will really help hide the Splenda taste.

Reply:Put the peaches in the baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over them. For the topping, mix one cup of flour, one cup of brown sugar, 3/4 cup of oatmeal, and a stick of butter. Using a fork, blend the butter into the dry ingredients. When they are all mixed together, sprinkle the mixture on top of the peaches. Bake at 350 degrees until the peaches are bubbly. This is very good. I hope yours turns out well. Good luck.
Reply:Heat up the can of peaches, juice and all and put it in a frying pan. You could add some sugar if you want them sweeter.

Make some dumplings, you could put some sugar in them since it is going to be a dessert.

Put spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture on the peaches and put the lid on and simmer it for 20 minutes.
