I have excess facial hair and i waxed it off, but i accidentally hit an area with peach fuzz...?

I have pcos and because of it I have some facial hair, very dark very noticeable, so I decided to wax it, and accidentally hit an area with peach fuzz... is this peach fuzz going to become dark and course when it grows back in?

I have excess facial hair and i waxed it off, but i accidentally hit an area with peach fuzz...?
no! thats a old wifes tale, i wax my peach fuss all the time and it never gets anymore thick or course then it is now.

sometimes i use a razor on dry skin very lightly. but be careful

not to over do it,
Reply:omg.........ruuuuuuuuun!!!!! it's alive!!! No really, the peach fuzz will grow back, but it won't be dark like you described. Just don't do this often, as you will grow more peach fuzz, and it WILL be noticeable
Reply:No it shouldnt.

Only the parts with the harsh dark hair that you waxed off will grow back.

Dont worry about it :]
Reply:the whole....it will grow back thicker %26amp; darker thing....its all bullsh!t. i cant stand waxing any more than i can stand facial hair. i shave mine. ive done it once every other month for the last idk 3 years? and i have blonde hair and i havent got one single hair thats grown back thicker or darker. %26amp; it dont grow back faster either. youll be fine. and if you can wax it %26amp; stand the pain...id stick with that becuase i hear if you wax it that it dont grow back as fast. i wax my eyebrows but thats it. but youll be fine hunn you have nothing to worry about so dont believe all these people cuz i can garentee you half of them have never even touched there face with a razor or wax. so they have no experience with this to be giving you good advice. take it from someone whos done it plenty of times before. you'll be perfectly ok. so sit back and take that deep sigh of relief and forget about the horror stories there telling you. none of thats true. well hope i could help =)
Reply:Hair becomes more stronger and thicker every time it's removed. So yes, it will become darker.
Reply:maybe
Reply:if it's only the first time you've done it, then it should be ok i'd think.

xx
Reply:Yes unfortunately. Every time you remove hair more will grow back. There are cotsly surgical techniques that permanently remove facial hair.
Reply:Hi Ellie,

Relax it wont grow back darker. I am sorry you have PCO it is a horrible condition.

If the peach fluff doesn't worry you leave it. With regards to your dark hair I probably would not do anything but wax at the moment. That is hormonally caused and treating it will be like fighting an uphill battle because the chances are you will just get more.

My girlfriend has pco and she has the same problem as you. She tried my acne serum and it has reduced the fineness of the dark hairs and the number of them. If you inhibit an enzyme called 5a reductase which is an enzyme responsible for activating the male hormone testoterone than you can reduce facial hair. Male hormones are the reason for the facial hair.

If you want more info www.eclogite.com.au on the acne serum.

www.happycustomers.com.au has the testimonial about the hair growth. Look for Eclogite
Reply:From what I have read-that is a myth. Have you considered laser hair removal? It is not too expensive in small areas like your face.
Reply:Yes it will all grow back darker!
Reply:If you are a male, facial hair is part of being a man. Just shave it if you don't want it.

If you are a female, please wax it all except for the moustache. Let that grow in very, very dark and thick. That way, it will ward off the bad men in the world.
Reply:Because you waxed it and didn't shave it off, I think you should be fine. Since wax completely removes the follicle without altering it as shaving does, it should grow back in as peach fuzz.

Although investing in laser hair removal might be a good option for your case.
