Do black pants go with a stripped white and peach shirt?

my friend has paired a stripped peach and white shirt and black slacks and then topped the outfit off with white pantent leather pumps. I have informed her that black doesn't necessarily go with everything, but she disagrees. Who is right?

Reply:Black and white normally go with anything. In this case I'm not to sure. It also depends on what type of shirt and pants it it but i would say yes i have seen this like bright green and red with black pants...it looked fine! black pants is like the equivalent to jeans.

Reply:Black goes with pretty much most colors but i'm not so sure if peach will go very well. I mean its kind of like halloween colors. But if you don't like it you should just look for a different cuter outfit and recommend it. Don't yell at her to change her mind, etc. Good Luck!
