Every makeup I use looks cakey because of peach fuzz on my face..HELP?

My face has light hair on it, almost like peach fuzz, so no matter what make up i use, it shows to be cakey. I've tried Mac foundations and Bare Minerals...are there any brands you would recommend that would help me with this problem? Or is there some kind of hair remover that won't cause the hair on my face to grow back thicker?

Please, just do not apply much foundation.

No matter what makeup type you use---apply with a very light touch. Otherwise you will get a cakey look.
Reply:MAC foundation is thick, but covers really good, but rubs off on everything. but i use sheer cover and its really good. but anyways, you can use a good foundation primer

like smashbox photo finish foundation primer, it helps makes your skin smoother and helps foundation go on smoother on your face and make it last longer (:

hope this helped (:
Reply:well that's your problem DON'T WEAR MAC people who wear it look like clowns, try maybelline pure. makeup foundation, it's 50% water and goes on really smoothly.
Reply:I have that problem myself but use a pen type battery operated gadget, you can find them at Walmart,Bed Bath %26amp; Beyond, %26amp;Linend and Things=) I also use it on our unibrows=)
Reply:I have the same problem-I like bare minerals i.d. or mary kay.both are excellent brands.
Reply:matt based make up will not do the peach fuzz any favours. instead opt for a sheer foundation what melts into the skin and also highlights your cheekbones..it gives an overall fresher appearence and doesnt sit on your face like matt foundations do. and also use cream blushes instead of powdered ones..you have more control of how and where it goes on and its more natural. hope this helps
Reply:okay she's completely wrong! people who wear MAC dont look like clowns. the ones who wear their FAFI brand do, but not the others, ALOT of their colors are nude. yea, there are some face removers that my sister in law uses, i'm pretty sure its nair facial hair remover. =] good luck.
Reply:First off, hair growing back thicker after removal is just a myth. But it sounds like you're using makeup that's not the same tone as your skin. Try going lighter with foundation. There are plenty of hair removers/bleachers on the market but I would try a lighter makeup shade first.
